Things to remember:

 ABSOLUTELY no water on a treated area for 5 days (apply Aquaphor before showering)
no tight clothes, bra, jeans rubbing off for a week
no bath, hot sauna, hot yoga, and indoor swim with chlorine) for a week
no sun exposure or sun tanning beds for the entire healing process
no picking scabs. Skin gets crusty while healing.

Here is your After Care instruction:

1-2 weeks: a layer of Cos De Baha + layer of Aquaphor x twice a day
